It cuts textile waste into desired sizes to prepare them for the garnett machine, pre-opener, and shifanoz machines. It operates with 1 fixed and 2 rotary blades. The cutting size can be adjusted using speed control devices on the conveyor and discharge belts.

Bale Opener

The bale opener loosens compressed fiber bales, mixes them, and ensures even distribution. It operates mechanically and transfers the fibers to the next stage via belts or airflow.

Carding Machine

The carding machine produces fabric without weaving or knitting by aligning fibers. Steel wires on the cylinder open, align, and clean the fibers, ensuring even fiber distribution.
