Components of the Shifanoz Machine

• Main Drum: High-speed rotating parts responsible for pulling and shredding the fabric. • Cutting Needles: Cutting elements that cut the fabric into small pieces. The structure, number, and density of the needles can be adjusted according to the fabric type and desired fiber size. • Pulling Drum: Covered with rubber on top, it transfers the product to the main drum. •Pulling Unit and Transfer: This part uses air suction to transfer the shredded product from the main drum to the next stage.
