Operation of Garnett Machine

The products coming from the cutting machine pass through the pre-opener and then automatically feed the silo (storage unit) of the garnett machine’s warehouse. The warehouse unit feeds the machine regularly with the desired density. The machine consists of 3 stages. Each stage performs the opening of the product within itself. • To achieve the best opening quality of the outgoing product, the wire design changes at each stage. Also, drum and cylinder speeds in each stage can be adjusted according to the product to be opened using speed controllers. Installed power: 60 kW, operated by 6 workers.
